Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

- Order value up to €25 = €3.99
- Order value over €25 up to €60 = €5.99

For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, we deliver free of charge.

International deliveries:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 3 - 5 working days, and international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
